Cleveland’s Managing Partner

Stephen is an Ohio native and an alumni of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He was exposed to business very early on since his father spent most of his working life in corporate America. Stephen was inspired by his father’s work ethic but also feared the corporate boom was over so when it came time to pursue his own career, he decided to look for a smaller boutique style marketing firm where he could move his way up quickly. This move provided him with the experience necessary to eventually become a Managing Partner with Clear Vision Communications.

His competitive spirit was developed early on as a Collegiate basketball player and has constantly applied the leadership lessons he learned there into his professional career.

Today, Stephen manages over 10 markets nationwide and has been awarded with accolades including Rookie Manager of the Year 2009 and Partner of the Year 2013, His primary objective as the CEO of Clear Vision Communications is to exceed client expectations while creating opportunities for his people to develop and advance their careers as the organization expands into multiple new markets.

HR Director

Diane is an Ohio native, and a majority of her career was spent in the education field before starting with the Clear Vision team. Her passion for learning, teamwork and family are infectious—a true example of what the company stands for.

When I was initially hired, I felt out of my comfort zone since I spent the last 17 years in a completely different industry. It didn’t take long for my passion for people to take over, and since then, there hasn’t been a day that I haven’t learned something new about the business. I love the amount of teamwork that is necessary for this company to grow, and I really enjoy seeing our company expand and each individual grow and reach their goals,” Diane addressed.

As the HR Director for CVC, Diane is responsible for ensuring that we continue to recruit and train the highest potential candidates during our growth phase. Her team is committed to the long-term expansion of the Clear Vision organization, and their efforts directly impact the opportunities for every individual on the team.

Syndey Choe

Sydney Choe started with Clear Vision Communications in July 2016, as a current senior and promotion communications major at Cleveland State University with a major in promotional communications. She initially started at Clear Vision as a summer intern, but after a couple weeks decided that the corporate culture and growth opportunities were something she wanted to be a part of long term. With her love for talking to people and her selflessness, Sydney saw Clear Vision Communications as an opportunity to not only succeed personally but also provide the same growth initiatives to people around her.

Coming from a family of doctors, Sydney learned the value of hard work, commitment to your craft and dedication to self-improvement. She loves the fact that our company is merit based and all growth is organic, thus, the reason she recently received a promotion into a Human Resources Management role! Sydney works closely with our CEO, Stephen, and helps with strategic planning and talent acquisition within the local Cleveland area. With plans to help the company grow to 3 additional cities, Sydney’s contagious energy and infectious personality set the tone for expansion. A little-known fact and secret about Sydney is that she played softball at Cleveland State and plans to open a charity by the time she’s 30!

Theresa Marie

Director of Finance

A native of North Royalton, Ohio, Theresa attended Padua Franciscan High School and then proceeded to graduate with her Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University in 2007. With a degree in Journalism and a minor in Political Science, Theresa began to work with Clear Vision Communications and spent time in our firm’s renowned Management Program. Upon completion of the Management Training Program, Theresa transitioned into the Human Resources Department in the company and received a third promotion a few years later overseeing the accounting and finances of the firm.

Theresa has been married for 5 years and has two children; Ellie (2 1/2) and Lucas (7 months). In her spare time, Theresa loves taking Pilates Barre classes and loves doing anything outdoors! Spending time with friends and family is always on the top of her list.

Theresa has huge goals for herself and for Clear Vision Communications. In 2017 she plans to aid in the expansion to 3 new markets for the company and also grow her bookkeeping business by 5 additional clients.

Christina Gove

Brand Manager

Having been raised in a military household, Christina learned the value and importance of organization and preparation and attributes those two characteristics to her professional success here at Clear Vision Communications. A San Antonio native and St. Mary’s graduate, Christina began in the business in May of 2011 as a summer intern, planning to stay with the company for 3 short months before returning to college to complete her Master’s.

Due to her performance in her internship, Christina was invited to attend a National Conference with the company in Nashville and quickly learned about the long-term growth opportunities available in the business. Learning everything the company had to offer from marketing, sales, team building, training, interviewing, payroll and advertisement, Christina was offered an internal position in the company overseeing the Human Resources Department.

Christina’s most recent promotion to Brand Management leaves her overseeing everything from advertisement, brand & social media management. Her dedication and commitment to the company and passion for our people are one of a kind!

Clear Vision Communications was founded in February 2007 in South Florida and recently relocated the HQ to Independence, OH. Currently, there are 5 additional affiliated management firms nationwide, with goals to open at least 5 new branches by the end of 2016. As part of a larger organization of 35 locations across the U.S., we are able to leverage the experience and knowledge within our network to successfully launch new locations as we grow and continue to exceed our clients’ expectations. The Clear Vision advantage is in the ability to develop and execute direct marketing strategies to acquire lifetime customers for our clients, which is the key to long-term partnerships with definite opportunities to expand within the country and overseas.

Since we are projected to expand into multiple markets in the next 12-15 months, this will result in an increased demand for additional client representation. Since Clear Vision was founded, the executive and leadership teams have gained hands-on experience in a variety of marketing campaigns targeted to small and large markets. We are well-versed in Business to Business, Business to Consumer and Retail programs; however, the most valuable service we offer (regardless of campaign) is the ability to acquire lifetime customers, provide a high-quality customer service experience while immediately improving the client’s bottom line.

How many clients does Clear Vision Communications work with?

Due to confidentiality agreements with clients, we are unable to disclose specific information publicly; however, our typical clients are industry-leading organizations in the telecom, cellular, energy and renewable energy sectors. Within the next 12 months, we will be expanding our client base to include international companies in the technology industry.
